Stretch & Unwind Classes (Mat & Chair options)

Each class is a full body 45-minute stretch

 

Designed to increase mobility and range of motion while decreasing stress, either using a

workout floor mat or chair.

 

Each class provides modifications for all levels of fitness from basic to advanced.

If participating in a "mat" class please bring your own mat.  We do not supply them due to sanitization issues.  We supply chairs for the "chair" class.
